Who can become a reseller?

Reseller installs and activates the software on his own. Reseller can be anyone with sufficient IT knowledge in tasks like software installation, deinstallation, antivirus configuration, Windows configuration, etc.

We always give guidance and support to new resellers for them to learn the right way. We can do the 1st install together. Every software includes install instructions and activation is simplified as much as possible using our unique activation wizards.

What software is appropriate for re-sale?

Most of the software is appropriate for re-sale, but the main accent is on Diagnostic S/W or Online & Remote S/W packages.

How to become a reseller?

Diagnostic S/W resale:
Reseller downloads and installs the software on his client PC. To activate the software, he has 2 options.

1st way: Activation purchase
This is probably more convenient option - to purchase an activation for each PC.

After reseller installs the program on his client PC, he asks for an activation (license, key) from us.
Reseller can ask for license expiration to be more than 1 year, for majority of the software it can be up to 10 years, depending on his needs.

Reseller needs to make a minimum pre-payment of 500 USD and after that he will use that credit for software activations purchases with reseller discount.
If the pre-payment is 1000 USD, reseller gets 100 USD bonus. (1100 USD in credit).
If the pre-payment is 2000 USD, reseller gets 300 USD bonus (2300 USD in credit).
After his credit has been spent, he can recharge it again. Credit expires after 365 days.
If there are fees in transaction (PayPal or others) that is excluded from the credit. PayPal friends and family option recommended.

2nd way: KeyGen purchase
Second option for a reseller is to purchase an activator (Key Generator – KeyGen - kg) and to do activations on his own.. In this case there is no minimum pre-payment, he can acquire just 1 keygen.

Online & Remote S/W resale:
A really easy way, we will just send one small app and activation code for the remote access for each user / client.
Pre-payment needed only for 2 packages and after that one by one.
