Impact DVD gives you the possibility to search and read Service and Spare Part information from Volvo Trucks and Volvo Buses. The Impact DVD is a real stand-alone solution of Impact Online. All information is stored locally on a server or hard disk and there is no communication to other systems.

Impact DVD is now supporting 13 new languages (Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, Czech, Greek, Hungarian, Japanese, Korean, Farsi, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Turkish).

Program will not expire and there is no need to set the date back!

The availability of Service information in Impact differs between markets, because the information has not been translated into all languages over time.

Impact contains service information produced since 1987. Of this information, everything is available in West Europe languages*. For East European and Asian markets**, Impact supports these markets with translated service information since 1998, mainly for FM and FH. 

Please note that basically all truck information in Impact can be accessed when selecting British-English as data language.

Over time, the service information has been produced in different ways. Service information produced 1987-1997 has been produced as publications, and then converted for electronic output in Impact. Service information produced since 1998 has been produced to support both electronic output to Impact, as well as publication output. 

This means that references to bulletins can still be found, although these bulletins do not exist in Impact. Instead the information will be found in relevant function group and information type. Other consequences may also be found in the older information, e.g. regarding format and readability.
